Saueressig and A.Celli have partnered to develop a 3D embossing and aperturing line featuring in-line slitting winding, designed to meet the evolving needs of hygiene nonwovens producers and develop a new cutting-edge solutions for the next generation of absorbent hygiene products. 

The result of this joint efforts is the VoluMAX3 3D embossing and aperturing line, a standalone solution which will include A.Celli E-WIND® non-stop unwinder, in-line slitting winder and optional metal detector together with a pre-heat unit (with S- Wrap roller configuration), embossing calender developed by Saueressig. The collaboration between the two companies will create a flexible and easy to maintain solution capable of ensuring the highest precision, quality and speed (up to 600 mpm), providing the combination of embossing and aperturing in a single step and reliably meeting the most stringent safety and environmental standards.

The objective of the VoluMAX3 line is to create new high-tech hygiene products for every stage of life, characterized by a noticeably gentle skin contact for enhanced comfort and optimized liquid absorption.

This new line, which will be part of the A.Celli F-LINE® family of multifunctional lines, will support the already tested technology dedicated to spooling, thus completing the range of solutions dedicated to the management of soft materials.
